Jason M Gordon a native of Brooklyn, New York and relocated to Florida in 1995. He has been licensed to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut since 1985, and Florida since 1992. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association Sections of Family Law, Real Property, Probate, and Trust. He continues to be a member of the Florida, New York, Connecticut and Federal Bars, including the Middle District of Florida. His experience in real estate includes residential closings, commercial transactions (including but not limited to purchase and sale, construction contract and loan reviews, liquor license transfers), representation of condominium and homeowner associations, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division Of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes dispute resolution litigation, quiet title actions, lien resolution, corporate and partnership formations, foreclosure actions, and an extensive litigation practice. Mr. Gordon has an extensive background in litigation covering real property issues, family law as well as general civil litigation. Joanne Barlow, a Florida Registered Paralegal, with the firm since 2004, has worked in the legal field for more than 40 years. Bea Carter, Bea is the firm’s “money lady” having worked with Jason since 1995, and is the driving force behind the office billing and finance. Assisting with serving the clients’ needs, she is a willing liaison communicating with clients and directing questions and information to office staff and attorneys. As a retired manager with Bellsouth, Bea brings a wealth of office management knowledge to the firm.
