Luis D. Carreja was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, with an undergraduate degree in Economics from Florida State University. Mr. Carreja brings a wide variety of legal experience to the Firm with a concentration in the areas of real estate, civil litigation and community association law.
Mr. Carreja started his legal career as a Criminal Defense attorney in Merritt Island, Florida. Thereafter, Mr. Carreja’s practice focused primarily on real estate law. Throughout his career, Mr. Carreja has handled a wide range of matters ranging from simple evictions to complex commercial litigation.
As a community association attorney, Mr. Carreja served as General Counsel for hundreds of condominium and homeowners’ associations. Further, Mr. Carreja was In-House Counsel for a large property management firm and has also worked in supervisory roles, including overseeing more than five hundred cases.
