Professional Experience
Aaron B. Thalwitzer is a shareholder of Gordon & Thalwitzer. His practice includes litigation and trial-related matters, as well as representation of businesses, public bodies, and individuals in a broad range of civil disputes and advisory matters.
He has handled numerous jury trials, evidentiary hearings, and cases across Florida, and he works with clients on both strategic planning and active disputes. His experience allows him to guide clients through difficult legal issues with an emphasis on preparation, clarity, and practical problem solving.
Aaron’s work also includes business and commercial matters, property-related disputes, construction-related issues, insurance matters, and representation connected to public and quasi-public entities. He focuses on helping clients understand their position early and make informed decisions about settlement, litigation, and long-term legal strategy.
