Aaron B. Thalwitzer is a Partner at Gordon & Thalwitzer. Aaron has litigated dozens of jury trials, hundreds of evidentiary hearings, and cases throughout the State of Florida. Aaron represents a diverse range of businesses, public bodies, and individuals in both litigation and transactional matters, including contractors, hospital systems, governmental agencies, and manufacturers in Florida’s state and Federal courts, and agencies including DBPR, DOH, DFS, as well as counties, municipalities, and districts. Aaron practices in the areas of litigation, insurance, construction, real estate (including ad valorem taxation), business, employment, and contracts.
Aaron serves on the Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Association of Central Florida and the West Melbourne Business Association, and is a Justice Teacher at the Jewish Community School in Melbourne, Florida. Several of his scholarly articles have been published, and he was honored by the Florida Supreme Court for his essay, “Professionalism: Rekindling Greatness.” When not working, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, son, daughter, and three dogs (two Havaneses and a Shih tzu).
